Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data iGamingPublishers ("we", "us") collects when you use igamingpublishers.com and app.igamingpublishers.com (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our customers and website visitors. It does not cover third-party websites we may link to, which have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account information you give us — your name, email address, company or website, the markets you focus on, and your password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text); (b) order information — the briefs, target URLs, anchor text and content preferences you submit, and your order history; (c) wallet and transaction records — top-up amounts, balances and order charges; (d) messages you send us through the contact form or support tickets; and (e) technical and usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed, used to run and secure the Service.

3. Payment data

We do not collect or store your full card details. Card payments are processed by Stripe and account payments by PayPal through their own secure checkout. Those providers handle your payment information under their own privacy policies; we receive only confirmation of a payment and limited details (such as an amount and a transaction reference) needed to credit your wallet and keep our records.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to: create and manage your account; verify your email; provide, fulfil and support your orders; operate your wallet and process payments; communicate with you about your account, orders and service updates; keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with our legal obligations; and improve how the Service works. We rely on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with law.

5. Marketing communications

We send service and transactional emails (for example, email verification, order updates and account notices) that are necessary to provide the Service. If we send optional marketing emails, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Our emails are delivered through a third-party email provider on our behalf.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service — including our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database providers — and only as needed for them to perform their function. To fulfil an order we share the necessary order details (such as your target URL, anchor text and brief) with the publisher who will place the link. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users or the Service. If our business is transferred, data may pass to the successor under this policy.

7. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable data-protection law, including using providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

We keep account, order and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. Operational logs used for security are kept for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. How we protect it

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring against abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately if an issue arises.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of you.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update much of your account information from within the Service, and you can exercise other rights by contacting us at the address below. We will respond in line with applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

12. Children

The Service is intended for business customers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Please check back periodically.
