1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iGamingPublishers, available at igamingpublishers.com and app.igamingpublishers.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What we do
iGamingPublishers is a managed link-placement service for the iGaming sector. We source, vet and place guest posts and link insertions on third-party websites on behalf of our customers ("you"). We deal with publishers directly; the Service is not an open marketplace, does not host publisher accounts, and does not publish real inventory, site owners' identities, or prices anywhere public. Descriptive listings shown before an order are deliberately masked, and full site details are made available inside your account under the conditions described in these Terms.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. We may ask you to verify your email address before certain features become available. You are responsible for ensuring that buying iGaming-related marketing services is lawful for you in your jurisdiction.
4. Wallet and payments
The Service uses a pre-paid wallet. You add funds to your wallet — by card via Stripe, via PayPal, or by other methods we arrange with you — and orders draw down from that balance. All amounts are in US dollars. Your wallet is a prepaid balance for purchasing our services; it is not a bank account or deposit, earns no interest, and cannot go negative. Any promotional credit (for example, a welcome bonus) is subject to the conditions stated at the time it is offered, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn or varied for accounts that abuse it. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a top-up we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
5. Orders and placements
You place an order by selecting a site or by describing what you need in a brief, together with your target URL, anchor text and any content requirements. We then arrange the writing, placement and verification of the link. Priced orders are charged from your wallet when you submit; briefed orders are charged once we have confirmed the placement and price with you. We do not guarantee that any particular site will accept an order — where a placement cannot be completed, we will propose an alternative or credit your wallet. We may decline any brief, including for legal, compliance or editorial reasons.
6. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge before it is charged to your wallet. If we accept an order and are then unable to deliver the agreed placement, we will credit the amount back to your wallet. Wallet credits are applied to future orders and, except where required by law, are not paid out as cash. Where we offer a link-uptime commitment for a given placement, we will re-check the link after delivery and repair or replace it in line with the commitment stated for that order.
7. Content and intellectual property
Content we create and deliver for your order becomes yours on delivery, and you are responsible for ensuring your target URLs, anchor text and materials do not infringe the rights of others. Publishers retain ownership of and editorial control over their own websites. The iGamingPublishers name, platform, and the compiled information within it remain our property.
8. Confidentiality of our inventory
Our relationships with publishers and the real identities of the sites we place on are confidential and are a core part of the value we provide. Site domains and details shown to you are provided solely to help you make purchasing decisions on this Service. You agree not to scrape, bulk-export, resell, redistribute, or use that information to transact outside the Service, and not to solicit or contact our publishers directly to circumvent us. To protect this inventory, information you view may carry an account-specific reference for the purpose of tracing leaks.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to provide false or misleading information, to place links to content that is illegal or that a publisher has not agreed to accept, to interfere with or probe the Service's security, or to attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours. We may refuse, hold or reverse any order or account activity that breaches these Terms.
10. iGaming and responsible gambling
iGamingPublishers provides marketing services to businesses in the iGaming sector; we do not operate gambling services and do not accept wagers. You are responsible for complying with the advertising, licensing and responsible-gambling rules of every market you target, and for ensuring your own operations are properly licensed where required. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly. 18+.
11. No SEO guarantee and limitation of liability
Search-engine outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or SEO result, and the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. On closure, any remaining wallet balance that represents your own funds (excluding promotional credit) will, where lawful and subject to any amounts owed and to anti-fraud checks, be settled with you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which iGamingPublishersoperates. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.
